  • Our minimum order for embroidery is 12 items.

  • We guarantee a turnaround time of 14 days (or less) from the day that your order is approved AND paid for.

  • Embroidery orders do have a one-time $50 setup fee that is removed on future reorders.

  • Yes! There is a fee, but we can usually fit a rush order into our schedule for you.

  • Yes! We have a convoluted system we use to figure out the numbers. The short answer is that the more you order, the less you pay per item.

  • No. When we set up a job on press, that means it’s time to run it.

    We do however always send digital mockups that we require you to approve before we begin your order.

    If you’re concerned about the quality of our work, you can come to the shop any time to see what we are working on that day, buy some of our merchandise online or find one of the local businesses that we print for.
